7. Prices, offers and availability

Beacon-AI may receive prices, availability, specifications and offer information from merchants, affiliate networks, data providers or public sources.

This information can change at any time. Beacon-AI cannot guarantee that:

• a displayed price is still available;
• an item remains in stock;
• a promotion remains valid;
• taxes, booking fees or delivery charges are included;
• a product specification has not changed; or

8. Purchases from third parties

Following an affiliate link does not normally create a sales contract between you and Beacon-AI.

• delivery or performance;
• booking changes and cancellations;

9. Affiliate tracking

Affiliate links commonly contain referral parameters or identifiers. The destination merchant or affiliate network may use those identifiers, together with cookies or similar technologies, to attribute an eligible transaction to Beacon-AI.

Tracking may record information such as:

Using an affiliate link will not normally increase the price you pay. The merchant pays Beacon-AI a commission from its own marketing or sales budget.
